Tessel Free trial

For lupus, RA, MS, Crohn's and more

Every specialist sees one piece. You carry the whole picture.

Tessel requests the records from your rheumatologist, neurologist, GI doctor and everyone else, puts them in one history, and answers your questions from it. You stop carrying it all from memory.

The problem

Being the go-between becomes a second job

An autoimmune condition rarely stays with one doctor. Your rheumatologist orders the bloodwork. Your neurologist has the MRI. The GI practice has the scope report, and the pharmacy knows what you actually filled. Each office has its own portal, and none of them talk to each other well.

So you become the person who carries it all between appointments, from memory, often while feeling unwell. When something new comes up, the useful question is whether anyone has seen it before. The answer may already be in your records. It is just in four places.

  • BloodworkIn the rheumatology portal
  • MRI reportSent to neurology, never to you
  • Scope findingsA PDF from the GI practice
  • What you filledSomewhere at the pharmacy

How it works

From four portals to one history

  1. Start your trial

Start the 7-day free trial and tell Tessel who the profile is for: you, or someone you look after.

  2. Verify, sign, meet a clinician

Confirm your identity and address, sign the consent forms, and book an intake visit with a clinician. A clinician signs the records request with you.

  3. Tessel gathers the pieces

Tessel requests your records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Add anything they don't reach: PDFs, photos of paper records, discs, faxes.

  4. Walk in prepared

Read your history in plain language, check your health topics and medications, ask questions, and share with the doctors you choose.

What you get

What changes when the pieces are in one place

Stop retelling your history

Notes, test results and reports from every specialist, assembled into one current history and read back to you in plain language. When new records arrive, it updates.

Labs

See which way a number is moving

Lab results from every office become results you can follow over time, each explained in plain language.

Medications

One list from every prescriber

Your medications, listed from your records, including pharmacy fill data when the records contain it.

Chat

Catch what falls between offices

Ask what your nephrologist wrote in April, or whether the repeat test was ever done. The chat answers from your own records, and a second check reviews answers against the evidence before you rely on them.

Sharing

Let each doctor see what the others found

Share your profile with the specialists you choose, or a family member who helps. You decide who can see it and who can help manage it.

Reminders

Keep up with routine bloodwork

"Remind me on the first Monday of every month to book my bloodwork." Delivered in Tessel and by notification.

Illustrative example

Before the rheumatology visit

A made-up example of the kind of question people ask before an appointment, answered from records that came from three different offices. It catches a repeat test that nobody followed up.

TesselYour history, all specialists

My rheumatology appointment is Thursday. What have my other doctors said since March?

Here is what your other specialists recorded since March:

  • Nephrology, April 2. Protein in your urine was higher than last year's test. The note asks for a repeat test in three months. I don't see a repeat in your records yet.
  • Dermatology, May 19. A rash on your cheeks was noted and a cream prescribed. Your pharmacy record shows it was filled on May 20.
  • Primary care, June 11. Blood pressure was 138/88, higher than your readings last year.

You could ask your rheumatologist whether the repeat urine test can be drawn with Thursday's labs, and whether they have seen the nephrology note.

Your own assistant

Let your own assistant see the whole picture

If you use Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, you can connect it to your Tessel profile. With your permission, it can read the notes, results and medications from every specialist, and answer from all of them at once.

Things you might ask it
  • What has each of my specialists written since March?
  • When was my kidney function last checked, and who ordered it?
  • Remind me on the first Monday of every month to book my bloodwork.

Said plainly: once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle does not control. Connect only assistants you trust. It works only with what’s in Triangle and can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.

Questions

Straight answers

What does it cost?

Tessel starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required, and if you cancel before day 7 you're not charged. After that it's $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. Membership covers Tessel requesting your records from hospitals and clinics through the national networks and keeping them updated as new records arrive, a chat that answers from your own records whenever you need it, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have.

What does setup ask of me?

After you start the trial, you confirm your identity and address, choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician. Then Tessel requests your records, and you can upload anything else you have and add a family member to help if you like.

Will it reach all my specialists?

Tessel requests records through Carequality and TEFCA, the national networks many hospitals and practices use to share records. Not every office is reachable that way, so anything that doesn't come through you can upload as a PDF, a photo of a paper record, a disc or a fax. Tessel shows what may still be missing and helps you request it.

Does Tessel diagnose me or replace my doctors?

No. Tessel helps you understand your records and prepare questions for your doctors. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and decisions about your care stay with you and your care team.

Can it track my flares or symptoms?

Not as a diary. Tessel is built around your records. You can set reminders in plain words, and if you use a device such as Oura, Fitbit or Garmin, those readings sit next to your records.

Who is behind Tessel, and who sees my records?

Tessel is made by Triangle, and you create your account with Triangle at trianglehealth.com under its privacy policy and terms. Only the people you choose see your profile. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, everything is encrypted, and your records are yours to delete. Triangle describes itself as HIPAA compliant; the details are in its Trust Center.
