What Tessel does
One history from every specialist
Tessel sends record requests over Carequality and TEFCA, the national networks, to the rheumatology, neurology, GI and other offices it can reach. They're assembled into one current history that updates as new records arrive, and you can upload whatever the networks miss.
Your results, read in plain language
Notes, test results and reports come back to you in plain words, along with a summary of your medical history. Lab results from every office line up so you can see which way a number is moving.
Answers that span every office
Ask what your nephrologist wrote in April, or whether a repeat test was ever done. The chat answers from what your specialists wrote, and a second check tests its replies against that evidence before you lean on them.
One medication list, shared on your terms
Medications from every prescriber show up in one list, along with pharmacy fills whenever the records include those. Share your profile with the specialists or family you choose, and set plain-word reminders, like a monthly note to book bloodwork.
What makes Tessel different
Every office, in one place
Your rheumatologist's patient portal, say MyChart, shows what that health system has on file. Tessel asks the national networks for records from many hospitals and practices, and keeps them beside the papers you upload.
Answers that know your specialists
On its own, ChatGPT or Claude knows medicine in general and only what you tell it about your condition. Tessel's chat answers from the notes, results and medications in your history.
Your assistant can see every specialist's notes
Whichever of Claude, ChatGPT or Grok you rely on can be connected to your Tessel profile, with your permission. It can then read what every specialist recorded, and you can disconnect it at any time.
Funded by members alone
Tessel is paid for by the people who use it, never by a drug maker, lab or hospital. After a 7-day free trial that needs a card, Tessel is $9 a month, and it runs month to month.

The team behind Tessel
The company behind Tessel is Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.) in Pasadena, California, with a neuro-oncologist, Santosh Kesari, as founding medical advisor. Triangle exists because a 2023 brain tumor diagnosis sent its CEO, Arun Verma, into research he had to do by hand; he set out, alongside Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop, to make that a service anyone can use. For people whose autoimmune care is split among a rheumatologist, a neurologist and a GI practice, Tessel is that service.

Frequently asked questions
Which company makes Tessel, and why would I use it?
Tessel is for keeping every specialist's records in one history you can question. Triangle builds and runs it, so your account is a Triangle account, opened at trianglehealth.com.
What does it cost to keep my specialists' records in Tessel?
To start Tessel's 7-day free trial, you'll enter a card. After it, the bill is $9 a month; cancel at any moment, and if that moment comes before day 7, nothing is billed.
Could Tessel stand in for my rheumatologist?
No. What you get from Tessel is research and educational support, made by Triangle: help reading your records and preparing questions. Tessel won't diagnose you, treat you or write a prescription, and every decision about your care belongs to your clinicians.
Could my ChatGPT, Claude or Grok see what all my specialists wrote?
Yes, with your say-so. Each one links up through MCP (Model Context Protocol) at Tessel's connector address, https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp; on Triangle's consent screen you pick which records it may see. Walkthroughs for each assistant live at trianglehealth.com/agents.
Are records from all my specialists safe in Tessel?
Triangle is HIPAA compliant, and the records from every one of your specialists stay encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing gets sold, nothing gets shared for advertising, and only the doctors and family you choose can open your profile.
Will Tessel reach all of my specialists?
Tessel asks Carequality and TEFCA, the national networks many hospitals and practices share records through, yet some specialists' offices can't be reached that way. Whatever doesn't arrive, upload yourself, whether it's a PDF, a disc, a fax or a phone photo of a paper record, and Tessel will show what may still be missing.
Can Tessel track my flares?
No. Tessel has no flare diary; it's built around your records. You can still set plain-word reminders, and a connected Fitbit or Garmin puts its readings beside your history.
Can my specialists see what the others found?
They can, as soon as you add them to your Tessel profile. You pick, specialist by specialist, who can view it and who can help manage it.
