If you use Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, you can connect it to your Tessel profile. With your permission, it can read the notes, results and medications from every specialist, and answer from all of them at once.

It’s also in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections → Connect.
Open your assistant’s settings and find Connectors. Some call it MCP or Tools.
Add a new connection and paste the address.
Sign in to Triangle when it asks.
Choose what it can read or change, and which profile to share. Then Accept.

Enter a name and the address, set Authentication to OAuth, then Create as a plugin and sign in to Triangle. In a chat, type @ and pick Triangle. On Business, Enterprise or Edu a workspace admin adds it; Pro connects read-only.

Said plainly: once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle does not control. Connect only assistants you trust. It works only with what’s in Triangle and can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.
